INTRODUCTION
■ Pipe conveyor belt is an up-to-date and epochmaking transportation system that has solved many problems such as cargo spills, scattering, leakage and mixing with foreign materials, limited angle of inclination, etc. which have been encountered by the conventional conveyor system.
■ When loading the materials, pipe conveyor belt remains open with conventional trough and while transporting materials, it becomes pipe shape containing the materials. It returns in an open shape slightly ahead of the discharge pulley. Pipe conveyor belt is available for horizontal turns as well as vertical turns.

■ High conveyance speed and easy and economical layout. In case of curved transportation line, a large space is required. However pipe conveyor belt can be bent freely and make the transshipments unnecessary.

Return Pipe Conveyor Belt
FEATURES
■ The carrier side of return pipe conveyor belt has a general trough structure and its return side has a pipe structure, so it can minimize contamination caused by cargo spills, scattering, dust.
■ Return pipe conveyor belt can also transport the materials by its return side.
